Somewhere back in high school, I picked up a camera my older sister gave me—and I never really put it down.

What started as capturing my family and friends slowly turned into something more. I found myself drawn to the in-between moments—the laughter, the connection, the quiet pieces of life that often go unnoticed. Over time, that passion grew into documenting love stories, traveling to beautiful places, and witnessing some of the most meaningful days in people’s lives.

In the summer of 2023, I decided to fully step into this dream—and into the kind of work that feels honest, emotional, and deeply connected.

I’m a mom first, which is a big part of why this work means so much to me.

In December 2020, my husband Zachary and I welcomed our son, Jameson Dean—and he completely changed the way I see time, connection, and the importance of being present. He’s the reason I believe so strongly in capturing the moments we don’t want to forget. In 2025, I went through a total hysterectomy—something that shifted my perspective even more. It deepened my understanding of how fleeting these seasons are, and how meaningful it is to hold onto the moments we’re living right now.

Because of that, this work became even more personal to me.

It’s not just about taking photos—it’s about preserving something that can’t be recreated.

During your session, I’ll gently guide you—but I’ll also probably try to make you laugh (fair warning: my humor leans heavily on sarcasm and being just a little bit corny).

Outside of photography, my husband and I are your classic reading-and-gaming duo. We’re the kind of couple you’d see curled up together—one with a book, one with a controller—and yes, we even have matching King and Queen tattoos.

I’m also always down for thrifting, iced coffee, and anything that feels a little cozy and a little lived-in.
